After working for a large workers’ compensation defense firm representing insurance companies and employers, Mr. Martinez now advocates for injured workers before the San Jose and Salinas Workers’ Compensation Boards. His background gives him valuable insight into how claims are defended, allowing him to build individualized strategies focused on protecting his clients’ rights and pursuing the benefits they need.

In his free time, Mr. Martinez enjoys quality time with his family, friends, and golden retriever.
